Yoga Netherlands classes are back in Breda! Classes are offered @ The Colorful Collective, a wonderful community center in Breda, with workshops and classes tailored to pregnant women and mamas. Yoga Netherlands classes are based on anatomy, mechanics, and functional movement, and address the physical aches and pains of motherhood (think, carry your baby in and out of the body.)
