I have always felt a deep curiosity for myself and people. When I studied in Maastricht I got in contact with meditation and I was really intrigued. It was such a frustrating experience and yet at the same time I deeply enjoyed its inclusiveness. Everything is allowed to be there. It fast became a daily routine and I went on to body work (especially Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi) and moved from there towards Life Coaching and Personal Development. In my work I bring across this attitude of inclusiveness and patience!
