In our Sessions and Retreats we explore different movement and breathwork techniques to slow down, lower our stress levels and create more aliveness and ease in body, breath and being. All our Sessions are available to all levels and EVERY BODY. Because every body is different and has different needs, we use a somatic approach which is more about ‘how it feels’ then ‘what it looks like’. We offer group and private sessions in Utrecht and organize retreats in the Netherlands and in Portugal.
