Our philosophy is simple: we only use ingredients that come straight from the source. All our burgers are produced at our own farm. Our delicious brioche buns are made by master boulanger Wilfred Haafs from Haren. And our vegetables are produced at boer Geert in Mussel. No middle man, so no extra costs. We are the first restaurant with ‘slow food’ that is fast delivered!
