At Restaurant Tres, we want to give you an intimate dining experience, a night without a single thought of yesterday or tomorrow. We will share the stories of our farmers and artisans that have contributed to who we are today and the restaurant’s philosophy. Tres is a 12 seat restaurant at Kop van Zuid-Entrepot in Rotterdam and we present a playful tasting menu. The tasting menu consists of 18 courses, starting with snacks then savory dishes and finishing with desserts and mignardises. We believe this is the best way for us to showcase what the Netherlands has to offer. We offer an alcoholic pairing and a non-alcoholic pairing. These drinks have been carefully chosen to enhance the dishes. We also have a beautiful beverage list.
