Ambrozijn is a fine dining restaurant located in Valkenburg. A burned down church is turned into a beautiful place where you can enjoy culinary dishes a la cart or in a menu combined with wines per glass or bottle. Ambrozijn is a restaurant with an open kitchen where you can eat directly at the kitchen table or at one of the tables upstairs that have a view down on the kitchen as well. The church is a monumental place and the outside is therefore completely restored to its original state.
