🙏🏼Welcome to Renaissance Wellness Studio🙏🏼 My yoga journey comes with years of self practice and recent awareness in what brings me joy & allows me to exercise my true authentic self. I found yoga when I realized the current health system didn't match my needs for body, mind & soul connection. In my exploration I found that no one form of yoga can satisfy my unique and authentic needs. I longed for a practice that allowed me a yoga sequence but still leaving room for free movement or as I now learnt is your intuitive flow/free movement. All my challenges and life experiences have channeled my energy towards this path. So I am today and everyday grateful that I can share this with more Authentic, living and curious beings!
