Pura Vida was born with the proposal to bring physical and mental (and why not emotional) quality to the daily lives of our students through pilates. It is a small studio, which carries the experience of 15 years of working in Brazil in large studios. Depending the needs Functional training is also part of the training. If you are recovering of an injurie, prenatal, postnatal, and you are plus 12 years old to ( no limit) you are welcome
