Coming into my practice you won't get a one massage fit all. I look at the body as a whole system from the feet to the head. If you have been struggling for some time with your physical issue, I will be more than happy to try my best to help you. For that I have several tools, different massage techniques (deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point and muscle energy). I look at your posture, the way you to spot unbalances and mobility problem. Finally I offer work out sessions (specific exercises) in order to rebalance the body and help you stand, sit, walk and run in a more efficient way and mostly pain free. Take care and keep moving
