Freshly grilled Andalusian skewers or pinchitos morunos of marinated meat, seafood or vegetable using a family recipe spice blend. A delicacy that pairs with a fresh salad and toasted bread with spread. We use seasonal ingredients from local producers, growers and farmers and cook them using Spanish and Japanese grilling techniques. Everything we cook is a celebration of the cultural exchange and heritage of all the cultures that have lived in Andalucia, the southernmost Spanish region.
