Ombretta's work as Ayurveda Practitioner focuses on supporting women in navigating menstrual cycle balance, fertility, conscious conception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. Since 2019 Faculty Member of the Ayurvedic Academy The Netherlands (previous Delight Academy of Ayurvedic Studies), Ombretta is a Women's Health Advocate and Speaker, offering workshops and courses. ​ Her work as Birth and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula is completed by her Shamanic approach to the Womb as Sacred Centre of Creation and her background as Psychologist. Faculty member of Birthing Roots, and international school that Certifies Birth and Postpartum Doula to work holistically with their clients.
