Macrogen Europe was founded in 2008 and provide fast and reliable sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics service in Europe and Africa. Macrogen Europe's headquarters are located on the grounds of the Amsterdam Medical Center in the Netherlands. In 2021, it moved to a new state-of-the-art laboratory. It has sequencing facilities in Maastrich (NL), Milan (IT), Roissy-en-France (FR), and local representatives across region.
