EN Japanese Kitchen & Sake Bar is an authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant in Amsterdam. We are located in the popular neighbourhood called the Pijp, close to the metro station de Pijp. Chef Ken Osawa, born in Hokkaido, and service manager Ryuji Ikemizu ('Ike'), born in Kyushu started in 2015 after working for Michelin star crowned Yamazato. We serve monthly changing menus catered to the season. The menus are in 3, 5 or 7 courses. Ken serves traditional Japanese dishes. No fusion but the depth, simplicity and beauty of the Japanese kitchen. Most guests enjoy a menu and special sashimi and sushi dishes. We offer a great choice of sake's which Ike is glad to pare with your dishes.
