I’m Mathijs Fortuin, industrial designer and mechanical engineer. With my business Fortuin Engineering I assist startups and small companies turn their ideas into tangible prototypes and manufactured products. I have a lot of practical knowledge from years of experience in production and development of medical devices, coffee makers, 3D printers, footwear and design furniture. In my studio and workshop in Rotterdam I have everything I need to design and make prototypes. My professional network includes reliable partners and suppliers in Europe and Asia for production. Besides my personal experience, I have a network with specialist for development of software, IoT, electronics, optics and precision parts.
