With Fixed Gear Coffee - Maastricht we bring the best of cycling and third wave specialty coffee together in the heart of Maastricht. In the store you can find a wide range of cycling apparel, urban fashion, and high-end bikes. We only serve third wave single origin coffee supplied by Sey Coffee (NYC), White Label Coffee (Amsterdam), and from one of our special guest roasters from all around the globe. The cakes and cookies we serve ar all freshly homemade and vegan (except our cheesecake). Bikes can be stored in our shop which makes us an ideal coffee stop during your bike ride.
