High Heels Dance Studio is a safety space for everyone who wants to learn dance and improve flexibility. During classes you focus mainly on the basic aspects of dance such as walking, different types of stretch techniques to improve your flexibility and explore the many ways you can move your body, improvisation and floorwork. The class starts with a warm up to improve the flexibility and strength, after the warm up we have a walking exercise in which you learn the basics.
