Welcome to our Community! We are a very welcoming box with all kind of athletes, where dedication matters and hard work pays off. We take our training to the next level and include everyone who is coachable and willing to get out of their comfort zone with us. Our box was founded in 2009, that makes us the first box in Amsterdam and one of the oldest CrossFit boxes in the BeNeLux. Over the years we gained a lot of experience and knowledge. We have a great team of well-educated coaches who love CrossFit and have a huge passion for teaching and helping our athletes improve their skills.
